Last game before a long break
Friday’s game was the last game before my suspension starts and now that Wevelgem has gone bankrupt the break is longer than expected. So possibly my next game will be at the end of January. Again, when I think I’ve seen all they can offer with these gyms, I’m surprised again. This gym can only seat 90 people I think, and I was so cold in there we didn’t get loose during warm-ups, we didn’t get warm until halftime. And their floor looked like it was made out of recycled wood panelling with a big thick gloss on it but at least they had croque monsieurs (grilled ham and cheese sandwiches) for after game. The game was in typical Bree fashion, we started off slow, they played well and we were only up 5 at halftime. The second half we turned the defense on and it was over. We won the game 92-62, I finished the game with 6 points, 6 rbs, 7 asst and 2 steals. It’s a good thing that the break is coming up because I’m in my biggest slump of the season, I’m 3 for my last 20 from 3 and before you ask what the problem is, I don’t know what the problem is or I would fix it and not be 3 for my last 20. My wife said she already booked the gym at home and there is going to be some shooting going on, she told me I only get two days off in the break, Christmas and New Years day.
