LET THE PLAYOFFS BEGIN
Last night we played our first playoff game(finally) after a two-week lay-off. We played Achilleas the 6th seed a very talented team who can score in bunches. 3 different times during the game we blew leads of 12 or more points. Going into the 4th quarter we were winning 54-41 we played great defense up until that point and then the flood gates opened up and they scored 33 points in the 4th quarter they only scored 30 in the whole 1st half. Luckily for us we held on to win the game 77-74 but this game should have been a 20-25 point win for us. I finished the game with 10 points 3 rebounds 1 assist and 2 steals I was 1-1 from 2 and 1-2 from 3 and 5-6 from the free throw line( I know my mom and wife have already preached to me about the missed free throw). Game 2 will be Tuesday night on the road which really isn’t a road game because our gym and their gym share the same parking lot, maybe just maybe there will be more than 80 fans at the game Tuesday because if we win we go to the semi-finals.
