TO CATCH YOU UP
I am sorry for the two weeks in between the blogs but i have a good reason. Last weeks game was a disaster we lost to one of the worst teams in the league. It was typical trap game it was at 11 am Sunday morning and the floor was like playing ice hockey because the floor was that slippery. 3 guys on my team said i am scared of this floor I don’t won’t to get hurt so we shot all jumpshots not a good thing when you only get 15 minutes to warmup. We were tied with about 3 minutes to go when our leader scorer slips and hurts his knee followed by our staring center slips and hurts his calf and then followed by our starting 4 man slipping and hurting his ankle. After that we could not recover and lost 74-65 I finished with 6 points. This past Saturday we played the 3rd place team at home without 3 of our key guys. In the first quarter I drove to the basket got bumped and did something weird to my knee. The pain was their for the game but once you are going it is not that bad. It was painful but not as bad as it was Sunday I went to the ER and I was seen in 2 minutes which is like an all time record. I got an ultrasound a xray and saw the doctor and went home in less than hour (wow). I have a strained tendon on the outside of my knee which is NOT BAD at all I will be out of action 5-7 days and be back at full strength in one week….
